Below is a a list of all rates and fees associated with any collision reconstruction conducted by Vehicle Collision Analysis.  These rates are subject to change without notice, however once an investigation is started, the fees remain the same until the final report is completed.  Court appearances will be billed at a minimum of four (4) hours.  All time is billed to the next half-hour.  In some cases, a retainer may be required before any services are rendered and that amount will be determined based on the paticulars of the case.  Percentage cases are considered on a case by case basis and can be negotiated prior to any service being rendered.  By requesting any investigative services*, you are agreeing to the rates and fees, and are agreeing that billed amounts will be paid within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice.  Our fees are not contingent upon the outcome of any case matter.
